Omar Dyer ripping Governor Christie on energy

On Sunday, January 22, 2012 – in an interview on Meet The Press with David Gregory; New Jersey’s Governor went on an attack mode. He went on attacking President Barack Obama’s stand on Alternative Energy, and Jobs, by going after the Keystone pipeline cancelation plan. And said that his leadership wouldn’t make that vital mistake in canceling a project! Maybe we in New Jersey should refresh Governor Chris Christie’s memory. And in this segmental blog on Who’s Watching Chris Christie—Governor Chris Christie by executive order, placed a similar ban or cancelation on a Texas Eastern Transmission, LP’s and Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC expansion (mind you this is a republican company: they hate Barack Obama) with Spectra Energy’s application for a Natural Gas pipeline expansion that would go through New Jersey. Common Fears: that the jobs would go New Yorkers, instead of New Jerseyans. Or there would be a ring of fire that would make a catastrophic mess in the surrounding areas. Even though, all monitoring boards and agencies compelled that it was safe, and a shovel ready project, that would create 900 direct jobs, and 2,000 indirect jobs, plus federal and private subsidies from engaging businesses—where a potential $2 million direct in cost, and $10 million in indirect gains would have created a spur in New York and New Jersey’s economic unbalance.

What does that have to do with the Keystone issue? Same plan, same principals and same technical solutions as what Chris Christie banned in New Jersey! Chris Christie gave those that wanted this proposal to fail, all the ammunition it need to fail, when he wrote that executive order in New Jersey, to ban and place a study on Spectra Energy. So how is he going to characterize the president’s leadership, when his own order, was used against President Barack Obama, as a deterring factor—on placing a Hold on the Keystone Pipeline. Now let’s be clear, the Keystone Pipeline project isn’t banned, and the application process to regain permits will come up again in December of 2012. These are yearly proposal! These were political moves to confuse the constituents about the truth. And the truth of the matter is John Boehner, used Merrill Lynch as an investment group, and gave them an undisclosed amount of money—to invest in Chevron. Chevron then in turned brought the exchange or sub-contracting rights from the Chamber of Commerce, after an application process with scientist on energy matters in an undisclosed amount of cash. Chevron would be inclining to gain $12 million dollars from this project. And 18% of that was routed on going to John Boehner through an investment with Merrill Lynch finance firm. While the net worth of the project would have been $12 billion dollars in loan guarantees? Where close to $12 million would have been unaccounted for, and ended up in someone’s not mention names campaign coffers “winking (Koch Brothers).

My point on Governor Chris Christie’s actions are you have been nothing but the greatest divider in New Jersey. Your administration took $25,000 in campaign donations that went to NJGOP which is based out of 150 West State Street Suite 230 Trenton New Jersey—on an energy contract that went to JCP&L (Jersey Central Power & Light) – what did they do during Hurricane Irene, was take unemployed workers out of Ohio—placed them in hard hit areas of New Jersey, with unemployed New Jerseyans, same criteria—while have a standoff. Your administration place workers from another state over workers from your own state! If that’s not a simple notion of divide and conquer, or placing New Jersey in a complete embarrassment, where you have visitors being chased around by unemployed members of New Jersey, shows a lack of respect and disrespect to the office you hold. Your job as governor is to get New Jerseyans back to work, not play partisan bulling politics. And back to the original statements, this candidate isn’t afraid to challenge you on who and how you have harmed New Jersey. And let us place this in the Record Books: When it comes to dealing with Spectra Energy: Candidate Omar Dyer for New Jersey hasn’t taken one dime from Spectra Energy. In fact in Jersey City, Omar Dyer had to join a picket line that was for, and a picket line that was against Spectra Energy. And to be honest, because of your order Spectra Energy isn’t allowed to donate, reimburse, or pay: Omar Dyer for his services – (such as helping on the technology provided as an energy apprentice and scientist on the Deep Water Project).

Personally, I think Governor Christie should open up his list of donors, while he was on this trip of stumping for Former Governor Mitt Romney, current presidential candidate. Because New Jerseyans would like to know, why are you as governor—playing politics. Where you have one set of rules, for yourself, and another set of rules for anyone else?

Real Poll Numbers

With Governor Chris Christie throwing his endorsement to a Republican in an early contest clearly shows the most important factor. New Jersey is a democratic state, and a strong democratic field in 2013, will rally and beat this governor. And it’s because of the Governor’s mis-management of the Department of Treasury. The dying public perceptions are dealing with him abusing the public at debates. We are dealing with him lining public leaders, up and requesting the media to throw darts at them. (Throwing people under the bus)

Yet, the most important and clear issue are, and despite the paid opinion polls – a vast majority of New Jerseyans, don’t like Chris Christie – but are willing to deal with him. People who live in New Jersey but work for MTV was mad at the notion the Governor vetoed, a movie created that went to production. That means, if MTV doesn’t find moneys from another state – they would have to lay-off people from the New Jersey Shore.

Political Polls, like Star-ledger and others show Gov. Chris Christie with a 54% approval rating among likely voters. Yet that doesn’t play into a factor that: 4 groups are trying to recall the Governor. In a serious of steps I will take about the real numbers on Chris Christie – based on legislative agenda, and public opinion research – I will show, that Chris Christie’s numbers are much lower in New Jersey.

1. Chris Christie’s Tool Kit: Stalled: Executive order went through
a. Created high and long term unemployment in New Jersey
b. Broke and open current cases in court on labor relations
c. Placed heavier burdens on municipal government
d. Created an unfair tax burden on New Jerseyans
The only way this agenda was able to get through was with an executive order coming from the Governor himself. Since majority of this package failed in the legislative branch!
2. Unions and Labor Despites
a. New Jersey is facing high unemployment rates, and long term unemployment rates that can’t be placed on the federal government. With Chris Christies’ $1000 unemployment tax hike on small businesses – who is cutting taxes?
b. It took a federal judge to over-rule a veto on the $500 million lost in education funds.
c. ARC Tunnel, still having hearings on the funds – yet look at the transit system In general. Path Trains are way over crowded, with signal problems, and maintaining the tracks problems.
d. Energy Policy: Chris Christie doesn’t have an energy policy – he froze mandated funds for the Energy by the Department of Energy, for no apparent reason but for political gain. Costing 8,000 New Jerseyans possible jobs and $8 million in revenue sharing with small business.
e. Over-regulations: that make no sense, meaning: you pay the permits, licensing – and the administration never sends you the certificate.
3. Recall efforts
a. You have five groups trying to Recall Governor Chris Christie
b. There are independent attack agents lined up against Chris Christie
4. New Jerseyans are unemployed
a. New Jersey is in the top ten when it comes to high unemployment – under-employment, social assistance, and public assistance
b. New Jersey is in the top ten in lack of medical coverage
i. People are still being denied coverage
ii. Chris Christie and Steve Sweeney drafted a deal that would force public employees to pay more for health care – while paying less into the pension system.
iii. Increasing demands on businesses and licensing – to where you have to pay more than 25% increased filing fees.
iv. Heavier tax burden on small businesses making under 100k
v. Political abuse and phoneyism from central government
1. Members or employees of the state are more likely to abuse their powers than ever before—since they see a governor that abuses his power.
c. New Jersey’s Public Safety
i. Crimes have increased
ii. Lack of funding to community outreach programs
iii. Lack of funding for faith based groups
iv. Higher fees, more taxes, and less public service

If you look at the current chart, and laundry list of things the governor fumbled in New Jersey, and the many that are dealing with him because of the simple notion: he’s the governor, and people respect the Statehouse. Yet, this spin that 54% of the public likes Chris Christie is false. Our poll based on legislative agenda, and public output – meaning what people are saying on social media, and at these: Town Hall Meetings. People are really laying it in on Chris Christie, and not a lot of those that do come out protest favor his administrative agenda. We rank and say: based on the information provided, that 42% of the general population is against Chris Christie – while 40% is in favor of his agenda, and 18% are totally out of the mix.

Chris Christie owes Coaches! 101

The Governor continues to play politics with people who are not in favor of his policies. And these types of games have federal and municipal impacts. In Jersey City, NJ they are trying to change the vedorship coding in the city to strip licenses from companies. As an online vendor--Coaches! 101 A NJ Non-Profit has paid the state of New Jersey under former Governor John S. Corzine in an amount of $300 to register and have a license as a corporate notary. In a break down of $250 for business licenses and other manditory fees, and $25 to be an appointed notary.

During Chris Christie's run at governor, the Governor tried to null and avoid the business license of this online company called: Coaches! 101 even when they paid him. Coaches! 101 (PAC) gave the state of New Jersey $175 to gain a license as an insurance provider. Since Coaches! 101 (PAC) will be dealing with Health Care, and Home ownership. During the process the Governor has band and bared the Company even though they have paid -- while saying, "Our records don't show any proceeds from this company." Well, Omar Dyer (CEO) is now releasing statments and online transactions sent online. This is the transcript of the online action.

These debates sparked something where the Governor has now issued a hatred on Notary Public whom knows the insurance business. This is an email from CEO Omar Dyer explaining to Chris Christie's administration on the law.

Mrs. Dockery,

The Applicant (Omar Dyer) under our jurisdiction is currently in an online based program, and will be taking the state bar exam on the next available open date, which is in April of 2011. Please be aware that the applicant in question is also a Notary Public under the commission of the state until 2014. I am not sure if there is a state stature or other stature in the laws of New Jersey that prevents a Notary Public—whom is currently in a post-education of arts schooling from applying or practicing civil insurances. If you can cite me on the law that prevents notaries, who has the title of administrating contracts from applying for Producer certifications, while that notary is in achieving a post-educational career, we will be happy to decend on the contract. There’s no law, in the New Jersey Stature that prevents on the Job placement of training, and no law that prevents notaries from advancing as Designed Licensed Producer.

And part of a Notaries duty is to be an administrator to contracts between two parties, and insurances are contracts of monetary statements. We checked all the state laws, there's nothing on the books in the NJ codes that state other wise on this issue. And there's nothing in print or in law that prevents Notary Public from advancing as a Designed Licensed Producer.

On the Finger Printing Issue, we can send those print upon request.

Thank You
Omar Dyer.

In moving forward with this long blog; Omar Dyer on 3/14/2011 paid the New Jersey Civil Service Center $25 to take the exam to become an Hudson County's Administrative assistant. The NJCS cashed the check on 3/21/2011--thus making Chris Christie and Mayor Jerramiah Healy levy a full leash on firing those in human services. Thus showing proof that Omar Dyer on behalf of Coaches! 101 has paid the state of New Jersey, $500 to operate his blog, and his reports on his 1120 tax returns are true.

Governor Chris Christie

Governor Chris Christie made some harsh and serious comments about State Senator Loretta Weinberg's hiprocritial agenda on pensions.

Who's Watch'In Chris Christie has a simple problem with the Chris Christie agenda, and we are now looking at calling him out for his remarks. This was the same blog that defended the Governor, who was then candidate Chris Christie; when former Governor Jon S. Corzine -- leashed out a campaign on calling him Crispy Creme.

And now that Governor Chris Christie is in power, he's using his office to bully his legislative branch. We consider this soundless and tastless politics.

Everyone agrees that the pension system by elected public employees have been raided for far to long. And people out there agree that those would need to reform. Yet, we think that the best way to reform--government, with elected leaders is to offer term limits on State Employees elected to office. And now that Chris Christie is attacking others for salaries and allowances. Who's Watch'In Chris Christie was the first group to point out, Chris Christie's pay raise way back when he first gave it to himself. Chris Christie's pay is $175,000 per year which is the third highest in country. Yet his daily allownace is $90,000 which includes health and other daily living expenses. His spouse gets, $90,000 as first lady of the state of New Jersey. Yet, what the general public doesn't know is that the Governor also gets $500,000 in staffing and campaign expenses for being governor--thus setting up an action committee. So techincally Governor Chris Christie has $1 million in the bank to throw around on the tax payers dime. And the laws written in the book doesn't detail how Governor Chris Christie has to and can spend the stipend for staffing, and how he can spend his pension allowance.

If the Governor wants the people of New Jersey to do more with less -- then the Governor would need to set the example. Lower his pay, lower his allowance, decrease the amount of staffing he can employ, and cut back on his daily trips to where ever he likes on the public dime. That's shows real leadership, and that shows that the governor is serious about curbing spending.

New Jersey's LT Governor

When New Jersey elected the first Lt Governor, was it a mistake or was it a campaign pledge broken. In New Jersey the Lt Governor's race before and after was more challenging and inspiring than the Governor's race. Where lots of candidates were taken into effect, looked at and campaigned for those primary candidate winners.

New Jersey’s 55th Governor Chris Christie has abandon New Jersey when we the people need his leadership the most. His rants on spending have placed this state into a financial state of an emergency. With the budget cut, and this attack on unions or labor unions—teachers unions, and other work force agencies and made it harder for public services. Yet, his demeanor on giving executives high priced jobs, and their family members has shown—Chris Christie’s administration has spent more in administrative cost than – Jon S. Corzine. In Corzine’s first year – his administration on administrative cost has spent $8.24 million. While Chris Christie in his first year, has spent $8.8 million in sending. The major difference in Jon S. Corzine and Chris Christie, is Corzine expanded government, while sounding a good budget. And Chris Christie cut middle wage state income while expanding executive government, and paying more—for less service.

Chris Christie broke an agreement with the State of New Jersey, when we the people of New Jersey elected for the first time an Lieutenant Governor. LT. Governor Kim Guadagno, was in a completive race for the position – her qualifications beat out so of the best candidates, and this Lt Governor’s race was just as completive on picking one, as it was during the race. If Governor Chris Christie was going to make LT Governor Kim Guadagno, his Secretary of State, then there was no need to place her as his Lt. Governor. The job of the Lt. Governor is to help in the demands of the state when the Governor is not in town, and not be on vacation or have a vacation when the governor has a vacation. When a governor goes on vacation, the LT Governor is supposed to control the state. That’s what the Lt Governor position is meant to do, it was a competitive race – the governor did a dis-service to how Kim Guadagno won the chance to be New Jersey’s first Lieutenant Governor: and the people that challenged her before and after the selection. And to combine them into a service of Secretary of State and business, only shows that he’s not interested in keeping the commitment he made to the people on Election Day.

During the worst blizzard in New Jersey’s history, your governor in Chris Christie – and his Lieutenant Governor in Kim Guadagno; was on vacation. When the state needed real leadership, these leaders who love to cut services, raise fees on the public sector—get into a war with unions, and has been a bully to many of the challenges: our leadership was on vacation. When we asked for strong leadership with good choices, and when they were making speeches about change they can believe in and not paying the writer of the speech: did we think that this is the leadership we though New Jersey was getting.

Chris Christie did what?

Who does these polls? And how come the true and real people don't ever get a call when they ask for information on these polls. Like are they just calling core backers and followers of Chris Christie--since he's not doing a real good job in the eyes of the public? As I work and campaign around the state, you see a limited amount of people liking what Chris Christie is doing beside the party he holds. With the recent polling data showing that Governor Chris Christie has a 58% likely approval rating, and a 38% dislike – yet, 24% says they wouldn’t want him as president or in any leadership position. So my we are going to educate those on the Chris Christie blunders in our session of: whose Watch ‘In Chris Christie?

Here's a few things about the Governor that people didn't know:

January 2010: Public Fight over Budget

Governor Chris Christie had a public duel with legislators about the budget. Chris Christie stated that the budget was $11 billion in debt, and he used 2008 budget number to prove his point. Yet, when Jon S. Corzine's transistion team used the correct budget numbers, where it showed a $500,000 budget surplus: Chris Christie changed his numbers to $10.5 billion. Chris Christie your numbers just don't add up.

February 2010: Teachers Union fight!

Chris Christie signs and executive order stopping campaign contributions from union based companies, and limiting the contracts for unions and labor companies! Which mounted a massive protest by the low –wage companies and unions in New Jersey?

March 1 2010: Unemployment Insurance fight

Chris Christie passes state law through executive order – taxing companies $1000 for unemployment insurance. Then forces the Federal Government to supplement companies with a $1000 tax credit to offset the tax liability of the state. High taxes by the state – neutral liabilities with a tax credit from the Washington.

April 2010: Capping Tool Kit

Chris Christie reveals his 2.5 Capping Tool Kit on New Jersey, and has municipalities in up roar about the proceedings. In his first town hall meeting in Hoboken New Jersey: The Governor explained his reasons for the tool kit.

May 2010:

Chris Christie proposal of a 25% transit hike—where NJ Transit makes 1.6 billion a month on the transit hike! While he cut services for surrounding municipalities—leaving the students and disabled broken? Students and Disabled protested and won

June 2010:

Chris Christie’s public fight with the unions and forcing teachers to retire early resulted in a defeat, as Chris Christie saw the numbers. Where 7,000 fire fighters, police officers, and teachers faced a pension bubble—while unemployment grew to 6,000 new applicants!

July 2010: Race to the Top

Chris Christie in a public fight with the Teachers Union, cut cost and funding to New Jersey Classrooms—citing it’s the fault of the Teachers Unions. His battle with the unions is political at the expense of the students. Chris Christie throws out the executives of the NJEA—and stated his administration will take care of the applications for Race To The Top.

August 2010: Race To The Top:

After blowing $400 million in funding for Race To The Top: Chris Christie places his administrator Bret Schundler under the bus – then a couple of days later fired him as Education Director. This is after he had a public and private meeting with Bret, about how the application or the deal Bret made with the Unions. After that he throws out the unions, and then took care of the application himself, and failed to provide the right documents.

September 2010: Battle with the State Senate and Assembly

Chris Christie uses executive order to mandate legislative ethics reform: and went into a battle with the Democratic Legislative Assembly. Plus he’s fight with a Health Care bill that requires insurance companies to cover mammograms. Chris Christie has refused to meet with the Democratic Assemblywomen, and State Senator.

October 2010: Chris Christie v Senator Frank Lautenberg

In a battle to bring a relief tunnel to New Jersey to reduce over crowding, and break up the liability of a potential switch jam. Governor Chris Christie ranted and squealed nothing but jargons on the $4 billion in funding from the ARC Tunnel. Which resulted New Jersey in losing: $300 million in federal funding, and $300 million in pay backs for a tunnel that leads to no-where?

Christie v Lautenberg:

Omar Dyer's on Lautenberg's side

Gov. Chris Christie and his administration are quick to point and blame President Barack Obama and leaders in Washington on New Jersey's fiscal mess. And is more than willing to say one thing to an official, come back to do something else. In front of U.S. Transit Advisory Board: the Gov. Said they will come to an agreement on the Transit Project for NY and NJ.
Which will create 6,000 jobs? It cost $10 billion to build, and the long term future of the project is projected to bring in $200 billion to both economic structures of NY and NJ in the next 20 years.

Well the Gov. has gone back on that pledge to satisfy key Tea-Party contributors: making the NJ Transit Project, a Bridge to Nowhere. Call the Gov. Chris Christie and demand him to bring jobs to New Jersey, and kick Sara Palin / Steve Lonegan out of the negotiation table and listen to elected leaders like Senator Frank. (609)292-6000

Senator Frank Lautenberg made statements that Bergen County’s living will increases to $60,000 once this project goes into action. And Gov. Chris Christie isn’t looking at the quality of life, and improvements for New Jersey, he’s looking at the numbers on cost: $10 billion and throwing out the projections of $200 billion for the next 20 years.
It’s time to tell Chris Christie, the election is over—so now lead instead of campaign for higher office. New Jerseyans need a leader now not tomorrow—where our leaders fight for job creation Senator Frank Lautenberg's plan : it's our job to help our citizens, not weaken our state.
