Chris Christie owes Coaches! 101

The Governor continues to play politics with people who are not in favor of his policies. And these types of games have federal and municipal impacts. In Jersey City, NJ they are trying to change the vedorship coding in the city to strip licenses from companies. As an online vendor--Coaches! 101 A NJ Non-Profit has paid the state of New Jersey under former Governor John S. Corzine in an amount of $300 to register and have a license as a corporate notary. In a break down of $250 for business licenses and other manditory fees, and $25 to be an appointed notary.

During Chris Christie's run at governor, the Governor tried to null and avoid the business license of this online company called: Coaches! 101 even when they paid him. Coaches! 101 (PAC) gave the state of New Jersey $175 to gain a license as an insurance provider. Since Coaches! 101 (PAC) will be dealing with Health Care, and Home ownership. During the process the Governor has band and bared the Company even though they have paid -- while saying, "Our records don't show any proceeds from this company." Well, Omar Dyer (CEO) is now releasing statments and online transactions sent online. This is the transcript of the online action.

These debates sparked something where the Governor has now issued a hatred on Notary Public whom knows the insurance business. This is an email from CEO Omar Dyer explaining to Chris Christie's administration on the law.

Mrs. Dockery,

The Applicant (Omar Dyer) under our jurisdiction is currently in an online based program, and will be taking the state bar exam on the next available open date, which is in April of 2011. Please be aware that the applicant in question is also a Notary Public under the commission of the state until 2014. I am not sure if there is a state stature or other stature in the laws of New Jersey that prevents a Notary Public—whom is currently in a post-education of arts schooling from applying or practicing civil insurances. If you can cite me on the law that prevents notaries, who has the title of administrating contracts from applying for Producer certifications, while that notary is in achieving a post-educational career, we will be happy to decend on the contract. There’s no law, in the New Jersey Stature that prevents on the Job placement of training, and no law that prevents notaries from advancing as Designed Licensed Producer.

And part of a Notaries duty is to be an administrator to contracts between two parties, and insurances are contracts of monetary statements. We checked all the state laws, there's nothing on the books in the NJ codes that state other wise on this issue. And there's nothing in print or in law that prevents Notary Public from advancing as a Designed Licensed Producer.

On the Finger Printing Issue, we can send those print upon request.

Thank You
Omar Dyer.

In moving forward with this long blog; Omar Dyer on 3/14/2011 paid the New Jersey Civil Service Center $25 to take the exam to become an Hudson County's Administrative assistant. The NJCS cashed the check on 3/21/2011--thus making Chris Christie and Mayor Jerramiah Healy levy a full leash on firing those in human services. Thus showing proof that Omar Dyer on behalf of Coaches! 101 has paid the state of New Jersey, $500 to operate his blog, and his reports on his 1120 tax returns are true.
